Thank you for your interest in Reno Food Systems.

Our Mission is cultivating community-based food systems through education, research and civic engagement.

Our vision is a resilient, interconnected local food system that supports personal health, environmental sustainability, and economic viability.

This is what you can make happen with a gift of $1,000 - $10,000:

  • $1,000 buys water for 1 month at Park Farm

  • $2,500 purchases much needed Farm Equipment

  • $5,000 plants 1,000 pollinator plants at Park Farm.

  • $7,500 gets the Mobile Farmers Market truck up and running

  • $10,000 sponsors 1 Urban Farm Intern for 1 year

Our Current Funding Priorities are: 

1. Expanding Urban Farmer Training Program at Park Farm

2. Increasing Fresh Local Food Production

3. Growing our Community Food System
