Total Time 15 mins

Servings 10 to 12 servings

Yield 2/3 cup

🧄 Ingredients

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, chopped (about 2 tsp)

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed

  • 1 cup fresh mint or tarragon, oregano, or cilantro

  • ½ red onion

  • 2–3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (depending on nutritional needs)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry your parsley and mint (or whichever herb you're using).

  2. Add everything but the olive oil in a Food Processor or Blender

Drizzle in Olive Oil with the processor running (if possible), slowly add the olive oil to reach your desired consistency—use less for a tangier, lower-fat version or up to 6 tablespoons for a richer sauce.
