Join us for a breath-centered flow in the beauty of the outdoor orchard. This Sunday series offers space to connect body and breath, release tension, and invite presence.
Let it be your weekend reset or a beautiful start to your week! This series is timed so you have the chance to browse the farm stand before or after class. What a lovely opportunity to nourish our bodies and bellies!
Donation-based. Pay what you can! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
