About the event

Come to the farm for our season's first opportunity to get plants perfect to plant this time of year!

Locally appropriate bare root berries and grapes as well as potted fruit trees, berries, and perennial plants. Berries available include serviceberries, blue elderberries, gooseberries, black currants, thornless blackberries and more. Many varieties of seedless grapes.

Potted fruit trees include apples, European pears and Asian pears.

Many potted perennial herbs and pollinator plants all grown locally in organic soil mix and biologically friendly practices (no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers).

The winter dormant season is the best time to plant Bare root plants and allows them to break dormancy in time with the local seasons. Bare roots and potted plants do particularly well when planted in areas where the soil has been amended and improved for a season or two and irrigation is available.
